Comunication result post selection test for the English Worskshops

Communication referring to the Call for proposals about the English workshops, organized by Your first EURES job initiative.

You will find in attachment the lists of candidates eligible and admitted, eligible but NOT admitted (inserted in the reserve list in order of precedence) and NOT eligible.

The list has been elaborated on the basis of the criteria described in the Call for proposals:

• Level of English knowledge (language test (written and oral) held on 17^th and 18^th of June 2015 in Rome, Porta Futuro, via Galvani, 108).

If the number of eligible participants exceeds the available places (n. 90) priority will be given to:

• Candidates with residence or domicile within the Metropolitan City of Capital Rome (former Province of Rome: http://www.cittametropolitanaroma.gov.it/index.php/territorio);
• Candidates first registered on the Platform EUJOB4EU.

Please note that it is mandatory to CONFIRM the participation in the language laboratories within and NOT after the day 01th July 2015 at 2h00 am.. Those who do not confirm their presence within the time limit will be removed from the list of admitted candidates and will be replaced by candidates of the reserve list.

Attendance to the laboratories is MANDATORY (minimum 80%, equivalent to 96 hours). For this reason we ask you to inform us before the day 01th July 2015 at 2h00 am. if you have future commitments that, from July until mid-October, will affect your participation.

Those who do not attend 80% of the hours required will NOT receive the attendance certificate.

Always within the day 01th July 2015 at 2h00 am. we can take into consideration requests to change group, applying the following rules:

• The shift from one group to another can take place only between groups of the same language level
• The shift will be possible only if the group requested has not reached yet the maximum number of participants
• The requests will be considered in order of submission

The workshops will start Monday 06 July, 2015 and will finish until Friday 16 October, 2015, with a summer break from Saturday 01 August, 2015 to Sunday 23 August, 2015. The lessons will resume from Monday 24 August, 2015.

Remember that the lessons will take place at the Scuola Internazionale delle Lingue, from Monday to Friday, on Via XX Settembre, 56 - 00187 - Rome.
