YfEj aims to help European enterprises find young workers throughout the European Union. The initiative now concerns also traineeship contracts. Besides the recruitment services, YfEj offers also information and financial benefits to both SMEs and young jobseekers.

The initiative covers all the EU28 countries + Iceland and Norway. Therefore, we can help for example a UK employer find a Polish worker, as well as an Italian firm find a Portuguese worker.

Check if you are eligible: 

  • You are a large-sized organization or SME located in the EU28 country + Iceland and Norway?
  • You are looking for a young European worker (18-35 years old) coming from a different EU28 country + Iceland and Norway?
  • You offer a job or traineeship with a written contract, with a duration of 6-months or more (at least 3 months for traineeships), full- or part-time (no less than 50% full-time equivalent), compliant with national labour and social protection laws and ensuring adequate protection and benefits?

How does it work? 

The first step to participate in YfEj is to register on EUJOB4EU Platform. The registration is very simple, only some basic information is required. Once registered, you can insert as many job vacancies as you wish, check the CVs of the candidates pre-selected for you, organise on-line or face-to-face interviews and follow all the recruitment steps.

One of our employer agents will contact you as soon as you register, in order to obtain information about your needs, present YfEj initiative and procedures and offer you support in the definition of your job or traineeship vacancies.

Once your vacancies are defined, the employer agents will select within the CVs present on our platform the candidates best suited to your needs and will send you a list of possible candidates. We usually have a first selection of candidates to present you within one week. If you wish (in particular in the case of very specific vacancies or high number of work placements), we can launch a communication campaign at European level to gather candidates.

Since this is an initiative funded by the European Commission, our services are completely free!

  • A customer-oriented approach, according which our main goal is to satisfy our end users needs. Each employer is followed by a unique adviser during the entire process.
